Realis Solutions Group · Executive Workshop
The closest thing to real life — without the risk.
A principal-led, full-day leadership workshop — on-site or virtual. Realis guides your team through a realistic crisis in the first half of the day, then turns what it exposed into policy, priorities, and a plan with named owners in the second.

The problem
Who this is for
Choose your scenario
Four immersive scenarios, each built around the decisions your leadership team will actually face. Pick the one that keeps you up at night.
Respond to model failures, harmful outputs, regulatory challenges, and customer impact — in real time, with real trade-offs. See how your decisions land with customers, investors, employees, and regulators.
Navigate a realistic acquisition — hidden technology debt, security posture, AI exposure, and operational dependencies — making deal decisions under time pressure with incomplete information.
Face evolving requirements, audits, investigations, and scrutiny from regulators, customers, and the board — and work the trade-offs between innovation, compliance, and business objectives.
Manage AI products under cost and demand pressure — model selection, pricing, and feature rollout as usage spikes, model costs shift, and margins compress. Growth vs. profitability, decided live.
Additional scenarios — ransomware, IPO readiness, supply-chain and vendor failure, operational disruption, board decision readiness — and fully custom scenarios are built around your industry and risk profile. Every gameday is designed and facilitated end to end by Realis principals.
How the day runs
A guided working session in the morning. Post-mortem, policy review, and planning in the afternoon. One full day (~8 hours), start to finish.
Executive alignment on objectives, risk thresholds, and decision rights before the pressure starts. Scenario selection and a decision-rights pre-assessment happen ahead of the day, starting about two weeks out.
Realis principals guide your leadership through a realistic, fast-moving scenario — decision by decision, with the pressure on. Choices have consequences, and the seams in decision rights and escalation paths show themselves quickly.
What worked, what didn't, and why. Realis principals map the morning's decisions to your regulatory, financial, and governance exposure — and hold current policies and escalation paths up against what just happened.
The second half turns findings into policy: a structured post-mortem and an integrated AI governance review — holding your current policies, controls, and escalation paths up against what the morning exposed.
Findings become a plan: named action owners, sequencing, and a concrete 2–4 week path. You leave with clarity, commitment, and open questions we can answer.
What you walk away with
Written deliverables from the day's evidence — not a feelings recap.
A written map of who decides what, where authority actually broke down under pressure, and where it needs to be redrawn.
The tightened escalation and comms paths your team validated in the workshop — regulators, board, customers, and press included.
Prioritized next steps with named owners and sequencing — scoped directly from what the gameday exposed.
A summary you can put in front of the board as evidence of readiness — plus a draft AI governance roadmap to take forward.
Measuring what matters
Every decision is weighed across four stakeholder groups — so the post-mortem runs on evidence, not opinion.
Stakeholder groups adapt to the scenario you choose.

▶ WatchWhere the gameday leads
The gameday shows you where the gaps are. These are how you close them.
When the scenario exposes board-readiness gaps — governance questions leadership wasn't prepared to answer.
When the scenario exposes gaps in how AI gets built — development process, technical debt, and oversight.
When the scenario exposes trust gaps in what you ship — safety, reliability, and the evidence buyers demand.
When the scenario exposes third-party exposure — vendor claims, supply-chain dependencies, and hidden failure modes.
Any question. 20 minutes. A real answer — no pitch. Tell us what you want to know when you book, and we'll come ready.
